When I came in, Bella Cottage was doing about $770K in annual revenue — strong product, weak funnel. I rebuilt their growth engine end to end: redesigned key conversion pages, clarified messaging, and launched new paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google. We introduced retargeting sequences, improved analytics tracking, and added lifecycle email automation to re-engage past buyers and drive repeat purchases.
