FundEasy
FundEasy — From Freefall to a Scalable SaaS + Fintech Model
Overview
When I joined FundEasy, the company was in decline — revenue was falling fast, key team members were leaving, and morale was low. It was like catching a falling knife. I led a complete turnaround: rebranded the company, rebuilt the go-to-market model, and shifted from one-off fundraising events to a hybrid SaaS + fintech platform with recurring software fees and transaction-based revenue. We overhauled pricing, messaging, and systems to make the business predictable again — introducing RevOps dashboards, outbound structure, and cultural alignment across marketing, sales, and success.
Results
Within two years, FundEasy went from shrinking to growing — 58% recurring revenue growth, 100% employee retention, and a shift from survival mode to sustainable momentum. By the time I stepped away, the team had expanded back to 16 employees and was operating on a scalable model built to last.
