Horizon Hygiene.
An Atlanta exterior-cleaning company. Great crews, five-star reviews, and a growth engine that did not exist. Now the whole stack runs for them: site, ads, CRM, and a voice agent on the phone.

Voice agentAnswers when the crew is on a roof
AtlantaLocal service, local market

The situation
Local service is won or lost on the phone. When the crew is mid-job, calls go to voicemail — and the caller books the next company on the list. The reviews were five-star; the capture was zero-star.
The move
I built and run the growth side end-to-end: a conversion-first site, Meta ads, the CRM pipeline behind them, and a voice agent that answers missed calls so quotes stop dying in voicemail. The owner runs the crews; the stack runs the pipeline.
The capture loop
A missed call’s journey.
- The momentA homeowner calls. The crew is mid-job on a roof.
- The agentThe voice agent answers instead of voicemail.
- The captureDetails taken, quote path started, CRM updated.
- The resultThe job books. The crew never left the roof.
