FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

The general ones first, then the questions each engagement tier gets asked — grouped under its tier.

I build and run the AI systems that grow revenue: outbound, content, voice agents, CRO, ops. The deliverable is production code your team owns, not a strategy deck.

Mid-market is where AI pays back fastest right now. Big enough to have revenue and workflows worth automating. Small enough that one operator with the right systems can move the number company-wide in a quarter.

Day 0–3: scope locked, environments stood up. Day 7: the first system is in production. Day 7–30: the second and third systems layer in behind it.

$1,500 Assess. Seven days. You get a written audit and a plan showing exactly where AI hits hardest first inside your business.

A fractional executive optimizes the org chart you already have. I rebuild the wiring underneath it, so every future hire inherits working systems instead of maintenance work.

It’s a working document. If the plan says you don’t need me, it says that. The audit is designed to be worth $1,500 on its own.

A conversation with leadership and a look at how work actually flows today. No integrations, no IT project.

No. It’s a working session. Laptops open, real work in the room, prompts shipped before we leave.

Scope moves with team size and session count. The floor buys a leadership team a full working session and the tooling that comes out of it.

Because a voice agent and a full outbound engine are not the same build. You get a fixed number before we start — it just depends on the system.

“Working” is defined in the scope, in writing, before I start. That’s the standard the build is judged against.

Few. It’s one operator, deliberately. Two slots are open for Q3 2026.

At scale and AI-absent? That’s the conversation.
